Cleary to the Company's board of directors (the \"Board\").  Mr.\n Cleary has over 30 years' experience in the oil and gas industry and\n previously acted as President of the Western Pipeline group of El Paso\n Corporation, an energy company which operated in the natural gas\n transmission, exploration and production sectors in North America. \n Prior thereto, Mr. Cleary served in an executive capacity at other\n natural gas pipeline companies.  Mr. Cleary has a law degree from\n Boston College Law School and is currently a managing director of\n Global Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure fund that invests in\n energy, transport and water/waste sectors.  \"The appointment of Jim\n Cleary will provide Gibson's board with, among other things, additional\n expertise with respect to building and expanding the Company's\n operations in the United States,\" said Mr. Hanlon.\n\n\nGibson also announces the resignations of Andrew W. Ward and Robert M.\n Tichio from the Board.  Mr. Ward and Mr. Tichio became directors of\n Gibson in December, 2008, in connection with their respective positions\n as a Partner and Managing Director and a Managing Director of\n Riverstone Holdings LLC, a New York based energy focused private equity\n firm affiliated with Gibson's former private equity investor.  \"On\n behalf of Gibson, I would like to thank Mr. Ward and Mr. Tichio for all\n of their contributions and efforts while serving as directors. We are\n appreciative of their years of support and service,\" said Stewart\n Hanlon, Gibson's President and Chief Executive Officer.\n\n\nIn connection with the resignation of Mr. Ward, James M. Estey has been\n appointed as Chairman of the Board.  Mr. Estey has served as a director\n of Gibson since the Company's initial public offering in June, 2011. \n Mr. Estey has also been appointed as a member of the Company's Audit\n Committee to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Ward's resignation.  In\n connection with the resignation of Mr. Tichio, Mr. Cleary has been\n appointed as a member of the Corporate Governance, Compensation &\n Nomination Committee.  Clayton H.
