Accordingly, it is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the 1,333,333,334 Conditional Placing and Subscription Shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 07 March 2023.\n \n \n \n \n \n Following Admission of the Placing and Subscription Shares, the issued share capital of the Company will consist of 2,649,029,913 Ordinary Shares, with one voting right each.
