[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 8212T\n Gfinity PLC\n 29 March 2021\n \n \n \n \n 29 March 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n Gfinity plc\n \n \n (\"Gfinity\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n Exercise of Warrants and Total Voting Rights\n \n \n Gfinity plc (AIM: GFIN), a leading esports and gaming solutions provider, announces that it has received warrant exercise notices in respect of 80,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company (\"New Ordinary Shares\") with an exercise price of 1 penny per share, providing the Company with proceeds of £800,000.\n \n \n Application has been made for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading (\"Admission\"), expected to be effective 6 April 2020. Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 876,513,252.
