Completion is\nanticipated by December 2006. The consideration on completion will be £2.5\nmillion.\n\n\nThe Company has outgrown its present facilities on the University of Leeds\ncampus and requires quality office space for its continuing expansion. The new\nfacilities will provide appropriate office accommodation for GETECH's future\ngrowth.
