[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 8641Y GETECH Group plc 08 December 2017 \n\nGetech Group plc\n(\"the Getech Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nExercise of options \n \nThe Company announces that it has received a notice of exercise to issue 1,200 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at 15.0p per share pursuant to the Company's EMI share option scheme.\nApplication has been made for the admission of 1,200 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 14 December 2017. On admission, the Company will have 37,563,615 shares in issue.\nThere are no shares held in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 37,563,615.
