In the original announcement, Clive Rabie's resulting shareholding did not take account of a reduction of 4,247 shares that occurred during the Company's share capital reorganisation on 8 January 2020. Clive Rabie's beneficial interest should instead have been stated as 11,702,104 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.09 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company. GetBusy plc (AIM: GETB) ("GetBusy" or "the Company") today announces that Clive Rabie, a non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company that on 9 October 2025 he bought 600,000 ordinary shares of 0.15 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83.00 pence per share.
Following the trades Clive Rabie has a beneficial interest over 11,702,104 Ordinary Shares, representing 23.09 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
