(the “Company”) (TSXV: NTY) (FSE: R9G2) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Purchase Agreement (the “Agreement”) to acquire a 100% interest in the Pontax Lithium Property (the “Property”) near Eastmain, Quebec.
