("GéoMégA" or "Company") (TSX-V: GMA) is pleased to announce that Mr. Jean-Charles Potvin has joined\n GéoMégA's Board of Directors.\n\n\nMr. Jean-Charles Potvin is currently Chairman of Vaaldiam Mining Inc.\n and President and CEO of Flemish Gold Corp. a company focusing on gold\n exploration in sub-Saharan Africa. He is also a director of Gold\n Reserve Corporation, a public natural resource company and of Azimut\n Exploration Inc., a Canadian mineral exploration company.\n\n\nUntil January 1994, Mr. Potvin was a director and Vice-President of\n Burns Fry Limited (now Nesbitt Burns Inc.) where he evaluated worldwide\n mining investment opportunities. He had also been involved in securing\n financing for a number of North American gold producers. From 1994 he\n was President and CEO of Pangea Goldfields Inc., which had extensive\n holdings in Tanzania, until its acquisition in July 2000 by Barrick\n Gold Corporation for $204 million.\n\n\nMr. Potvin holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from\n Carleton University and a Master of Business Administration degree from\n the University of Ottawa.\n\n\n"We are very pleased to welcome Mr. Potvin as a Director.
