("GeoMegA")\n announces that Claude Britt has been appointed Chairman of the Board.\n Mr. Britt will also head the technical committee for all exploration\n and development work.\n\n\nMr. Britt has been active in mineral exploration and production for over\n 35 years, and has been directly involved in several mineral discoveries\n in Canada, Tanzania and Peru. He was formerly VP Exploration of Pangea\n Goldfields, which was taken over by Barrick Gold during his tenure in\n 2000.\n\n\nGeoMegA also announced that Simon Britt replaces Benoît Moreau as\n President and CEO. Simon Britt has been CFO and Secretary since the IPO\n process began last May. René Lacroix replaces Simon Britt as CFO. André\n Lacroix is appointed Secretary.
