[{"type":"text","content":"\n Genus PLC\n12 October 2007\n\n\nFor Immediate Release\n12 October 2007\n\n Genus plc\n (the 'Company')\n\n Notification of proposed AIM de-listing\n and\n Admission to the Official List\n\nGenus plc, a world leading animal genetics company, is pleased to announce that\nits intended move from the London Stock Exchange's AIM market ('AIM') to the\nOfficial List (the 'Admission') will take place on 12 November 2007.\n\nThe Company gives notice under rule 41 of the AIM Rules that cancellation of\nadmission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM will take place\nsimultaneously with the admission of the Company's shares to trading on the\nOfficial List which is expected to become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 12 November\n2007.\n\nThe Board determined that Genus' shareholders should be given the opportunity to\nconsider the proposed move and a resolution to approve the Admission was passed\nat the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 16 November 2006.
