[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 21 March 2023\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Genus plc\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Application for Block Listing\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Genus plc (LSE: GNS)\n announces that on 16 March 2023 an application was made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 160,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each (\n '\n Ordinary Shares\n '\n ) in Genus in respect of Ordinary Shares that are to be allotted under the Genus plc Share Incentive Plan 2021 and the Genus plc International Share Incentive Plan.\n \n \n It is expected that the 160,000 Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on the Official List on 22 March 2023.
