Fourth Quarter 2022 Highlights Product revenues of $343.3 million increased 38.3% from $248.2 million in the 2021 fourth quarter. Excluding the impact of foreign currency translation and contributions from acquisitions, product revenues increased 20.9% year over yearAutomotive revenues increased 40.0% year over year; excluding the impact of foreign currency translation and contributions from the Alfmeier acquisition, increased 22.5% year over yearGAAP diluted loss per share was $(0.13) as compared with earnings per share of $0.60 for the prior-year periodAdjusted diluted earnings per share (see table herein) was $0.47.
