(TSX-GDC),\n ("Genesis" or the "Company"), is pleased to welcome Mr. Yazdi Bharucha\n and Mr. Steven Glover to the Board of Directors.\n\n\nYazdi Bharucha, of Toronto, is a Chartered Accountant and the former CFO\n of Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust\n (CAPREIT), which is one of Canada's largest owners of multi-family\n rental communities. Mr. Bharucha's previous experience includes, Vice\n President and Controller of MPI Group Inc, a real estate investment and\n development company. He has also held the position of Controller of\n MICC Properties Inc., a real estate investment and development company\n and was previously responsible for financial planning, accounting,\n reporting and management of real estate operations with Guaranty\n Properties Limited, a subsidiary of Guaranty Trust Company of Canada.\n Currently, Mr. Bharucha is enrolled in the Directors Education Program\n at the Rotman School of Management. Mr. Bharucha's extensive experience\n in all aspects of real estate, including land development, will be an\n invaluable asset to Genesis.\n\n\nSteven Glover, of Canmore, is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants,\n currently serving as Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial\n Officer of Western Plains Petroleum and KDC Energy Ltd., both listed on\n the TSX Venture Exchange.
