Mr. Owen takes the board position which became\n vacant when one of the directors became an executive of the company.\n \"I'm pleased to welcome Loudon to the board of Genesis. His\n wide-ranging experience will be a welcome addition and his appointment\n continues our effort to strengthen all areas of the company\" said\n Michael Brodsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Genesis.\n\n\nMr. Owen is an international businessman and lawyer. His career has\n spanned more than 25 years, during which he has both lead and actively\n participated in the growth of a host of successful businesses, in\n addition to extensive charitable and non-profit activities. He\n currently serves on the boards of a range of private corporations as\n well as Kilo Goldmines Ltd. (TSXV), Ntegrator International Inc.\n (Singapore Stock Exchange), Hanfeng Evergreen Inc. (TSX, Chair), and\n Posera-HDX (TSX, Chair).
