WILLIAMSTOWN, N.J., January 27, 2026--Violet Foods LLC, a leading manufacturer of pizza sauce, pasta sauce and other tomato products announced today it has acquired the Muir Glen brand of organic tomato products from General Mills, Inc. (NYSE: GIS). Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
