While at Kutak Rock, Wendt represented national, regional and local clients in all matters related to business and employment law, having tried dozens of cases in both federal and state courts in Florida and Colorado. \n The role of General Counsel is new to the Company and will support General Cannabis’ growth, as well as our focus on ensuring the most stringent compliance with regulatory agencies.
