The Company will now be doing business as TREES, pursuant to a Colorado tradename filing. The Company expects to close the acquisition of the two previously announced dispensaries in Portland, Oregon in the near future, and the opening of the two new dispensaries in Denver and Portland. There will be no change to the symbol “CANN”. The Company’s common shares will continue to trade under the ticker “CANN” on the OTCQB. TREES founder & CEO, Tim Brown, officially joined the Board of Directors and the Nominating Committee of the Board on Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
