[{"type":"text","content":"\n\ngenedrive plc\n(\"genedrive\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBlock Listing Application to AIM\n \nLondon, UK - 15 May 2023: genedrive plc (LSE: GDR), the point of care molecular diagnostics company, announces applications have been made to AIM for the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange for the following block listings of Ordinary Shares of 1.5 pence each in the Company (\"Ordinary Shares\"):\n \n• 2017 Share Option Scheme (1,150,588 Ordinary Shares)\n• Unapproved Share Option Scheme (2,668,144 Ordinary Shares)\n \nThe Ordinary Shares may be issued from time to time for outstanding employee incentive vested share options not yet exercised. New Ordinary Shares issued following option exercises and admitted to trading under the block admission will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares.\n \nThe block listing is expected to become effective on 19 May 2023. The Company will make six-monthly announcements of the utilisation of the block admission, in line with its obligations under AIM Rule 29.\n \nAt the time of this announcement, Genedrive has 99,049,946 Ordinary Shares in issue.
