Issuance of the patent certificate by IPOS will occur in due course. Following this determination, ReGen III has twenty (20) patents issued, accepted, or eligible for grant for the Company's ReGen™ process, in addition to twelve (12) patents pending globally. Director ResignationCatherine Banat has resigned from the Company's Board of Directors. The Company would like to thank Ms. Banat for her service.
