Important details are as follows:\nThe ratio for the reverse split is 1,000,000:1 No individual Shareholder will have less than 100 shares post reverse split. For example, an individual with 200,000 shares would have 100 shares post reverse split despite the ratio of 1,000,000:1 driving an adjusted r/s share amount of 0.2 shares.
