The Directors would like to remind those shareholders that have held shares in URA since before 2^nd January 2021 that the warrants over ordinary shares of Ananda Developments plc, which they received as on 5^th May 2021 ( https://secureservercdn.net/160.153.137.128/9gd.c8d.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/20210510-Distribution-of-ANA-shares-Final.pdf ) will expire at 1700 BST on 11 June 2022.
