[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 3194L\n Gem Diamonds Limited\n 30 April 2020\n \n \n \n 30 April 2020\n \n \n \n \n GEM DIAMONDS LIMITED\n \n \n (\"Gem Diamonds\" or \"the Company\")\n \n \n 2019 Annual Report and Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company announces that the 2019 Annual Report (available on the Company's website since 11 March 2020) and the Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting are being distributed or made available to shareholders electronically today, 30 April 2020.\n \n \n \n \n \n The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 3 June 2020 at 10.00 am (BST). Given the need to observe the UK Government's current guidance on social distancing as well as prohibiting all non-essential travel and public gatherings of more than two people, regrettably our AGM \n will be \n run as a closed meeting. The AGM will be held\n at Medlar House, Manor Road, Wantage, Oxfordshire, OX12 8NF, United Kingdom. \n \n \n \n \n \n The Board will ensure a quorum is present and no additional shareholders will be able to attend the meeting as this would be in contravention of current legal restrictions. The AGM this year will be purely functional and address the formal resolutions detailed in the notice of meeting.
