[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n29 November 2023\nGelion plc\n(\"Gelion\" or the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nNotice of Results and AGM\n \nGelion (AIM: GELN), the Anglo-Australian battery innovator, will announce its full year results for the year ended 30 June 2023 on Tuesday, 12 December 2023.\n \nThe Group also announces it will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 9am on Thursday, 21 December 2023 at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, 1 Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.\n \nThe annual report and accounts of the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2023 will not be laid before the shareholders at the AGM.
