This project is notable for its exploration of an area\npreviously undrilled, showcasing significant potential for uranium\ndiscovery despite being 100 kilometres south of the basin.\n \n \n The initial drilling programme has been\nexpanded due to promising signs of alteration and structure indicative\nof uranium presence, although uranium itself has not yet been found.\nThis expansion includes doubling the drill metreage and adding more\ntarget areas to accelerate the discovery process.\n \n \n Sykes highlighted the company's\nefficiency in exploration, citing the ACKIO uranium deposit discovery\non their Hook project during their first drill programme as an example\nof their effective use of shareholder funds.\n \n \n In addition to project updates, Sykes\ndiscussed the Athabasca 2.0 strategy, a conceptual approach to\nexploring for uranium by considering the basin's historical\nerosion and the potential for near-surface deposits.
