The Securities and Exchange Board of India (PIT) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019 has mandated the closure of Trading Window from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after declaration of Financial results. In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company has been closed with effect from closure of trading hours on BSE from March 31, 2025 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.Accordingly, all promoters/directors/designated persons/specific connected persons of the Company and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the aforesaid trading window closure period.
