(Pink Sheets: GOSY | http://www.GeckoSystems.com/ ) announced today that the stockholders holding\nmajority ownership are of information and belief that Brown Bros. Harriman and\nCo. (BBH) have conspired with Mr. Neil T. Wallace and/or George I. MacLeod to\ndefraud GOSY shareholders several millions of dollars. For over nineteen years,\nGeckoSystems has dedicated itself to development of \"AI Mobile Robot Solutions for Safety, Security\nand Service(tm).\"\n\n \n\nIn\nJune of 2015, the Company’s Officers filed a Racketeering Influence and\nCorruption (RICO) lawsuit with the Rockdale County Superior Court against Neil\nWallace, Bette Wallace, the Estate of Harold Wallace, and Danielle Sims. http://tinyurl.com/qhl3uzu \n\n \n\nRecently\nit was learned that 55,000,000 GOSY shares (5,000,000 more than originally\nbelieved) were placed in the custody of BBH and despite a written request to\nsenior BBH management, there has been no response. http://tinyurl.com/hc9xrdd\n\n \n\nLate\nlast fall, a GA\nSuperior Court order was secured to access all phone records for the last five\nyears from one of the defendants, Ms. Danielle Sims. Management continues to be surprised regarding\nBBH present indifference to their\ninability to determine where 55,000,000 shares (~26% of all freely traded\nshares) owned by a long time GOSY shareholder, went. \n\n \n\nAs\na direct result of BBH’s failure to respond in a timely fashion to the written\ncommunication sent to them, and market manipulation believed to be executed by Messrs. George\nMacLeod and/or Neil Wallace also this past week, GOSY officers are now of\ninformation and belief that BBH continues to support Mr. MacLeod and/or Wallace\nin their theft by deception regarding the missing 55,000,000 GOSY freely traded\nshares to unjustly enrich themselves and BBH.\n\n \n\nThe\nCompany’s Officers are hopeful that the facts revealed in the past and present\ndue to their ongoing Civil RICO lawsuit investigations will be sufficient for\nthe FBI to evolve this Civil RICO suit to Criminal status forthwith.\n\n \n\nThis SCOTUS decision is the most significant for\ncompanies that are small and technology driven such as GeckoSystems by enabling\nstate courts to have jurisdiction in other sta...
