Harriet is currently Vice President Global Ecommerce at the LEGO Group. Between 2015 and 2018, Harriet was Chief Digital Officer at The Body Shop, where she played an integral role in the sale of the business in 2017 by L'Oreal to Natura. Harriet's other previous roles include working at Gucci, Debenhams and strategy consultants Marakon Associates.\n \n \n Harriet has also, in recent years, worked as an Independent Advisor to a number of start-up businesses and, in 2019 and 2020, she was voted Top 50 Customer Experience Leaders by Marketing Week.\n \n \n Ken Ford, Chairman, commented: \n \n \n \"I am delighted to welcome Harriet to the Company's Board.
