FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
AGOURA, CA – January 29, 2015 – GD Entertainment & Technology, Inc.
(formerly Donini Inc. (OTC Markets: DNNC), a leading entertainment
and technology company specializing in the development and production of
entertainment properties and technologies worldwide, today announced that it has begun
work on becoming a fully reporting company again with the intent to uplist to
the OTC:QB. The company is working with its independent accountants, lawyers
and auditors to complete its audited financial statements for its fiscal years 2012,
2013 and 2014 and will file a Form 10 in the next 30 days with
the Securities and Exchange Commission in order to become a fully reporting
Company again.
According to Dong Chung, CEO, "GD
Entertainment & Technology, Inc. was a fully reporting firm from until 2009
when the former management opted to file a Form 15 (with the SEC) to
suspend our reporting status. That decision was made in the best interest of
the Company at that time, and now management has determined its time to return
back to fully transparent reporting. We believe becoming fully reporting again
is an integral part of our future growth strategy.”
