Eight E Media Inc., is a Canadian private\nmarketing and design firm specializing in media and location-based\nentertainment marketing. \n\n \n\nEight E Media Inc., has an agreement in principal to acquire\nNorflicks Productions Ltd., also of Toronto. Norflicks boasts a 30 year history of quality\nfilmed entertainment and a library of classic documentaries and family\ncomedies, including the highly-acclaimed “The Little Vampires ” TV series. In\naddition, GDET and Norflicks have agreed to cooperate on developing additional\nproperties for both theatrical and digital markets.
