Donini, Inc. Announces Removal of Caveat Emptor
to OTC Pink Current Status.
Montreal, Quebec, Canada, November 9, 2014 – Donini, Inc. (OTC: DNNC), Donini
Inc. is pleased to announce that the OTC Markets has removed the Caveat Emptor
warning from the OTC Markets website that had been previously associated with
the company's ticker symbol. This Caveat Emptor removal is a direct result of a
concerted effort to update the company's financial records.
The company recently published its financial
statements for the years ending May 31, 2010, through May 31, 2014, and quarterly
statements for 2014 ending August 31, 2014.
Peter Deros, acting CEO for Donini, said: "The removal of the Caveat Emptor is
just the first step toward Donini’s new future as part of its merger activities
with GD Entertainment & Technology, Inc.

2014, is now expected to be completed by the end of this week.

Donini, Inc., a New Jersey Corporation, was established in 2001 when
the company acquired control, by way of a reverse merger, of Pizza Donini, a

restaurants specializing in pizza and related products within the Greater
