Copies are available on request from the Company and are on the Company's website (\n \n \n www.gcmplc.com\n \n \n ).\n \n \n \n \n \n Please note that any previous form of proxy that you have submitted in respect of the Annual General Meeting, which was adjourned on 18 December 2019, WILL be valid in connection with the 2019 Annual General Meeting to be held on 10 March 2020, unless you submit a replacement form of proxy.
