As a consequence of this strategic focus revenues from Marketing Services have declined in recent years and in FY20 accounted for approximately 2% of Group revenues.\n \n \n \n \n \n HH Interactive provides a comprehensive suite of marketing services and this transaction will allow GBG's customers to benefit from a broader range of technology and services now required by marketing departments. \n \n \n \n \n \n Chris Clark, GBG's CEO, commented: \"We are pleased to have found a very capable new owner for our Marketing Services team and customers.
