Office of Fair Trading clears acquisition of Capscan

GB Group is pleased to note today's announcement by the Office of Fair Trading ("OFT") that it has decided that GB Group's acquisition of Capscan Limited, announced on 2 November 2011, is not a relevant merger situation under the Enterprise Act 2002 and that the matter will not be referred to the Competition Commission.
