Mr Wilkinson's total interest in the Company increases to 183,701 shares being 0.58% of the Company's issued share capital;\nChief Operating Officer, Keith Lewis, exercised nil-cost options to acquire 73,286 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company, such options having previously vested under the Company's 2011 Value Creation Plan (\"VCP\").
