Gateley (AIM: GTLY), the professional services group, confirms that in accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, as of 31 July 2025 the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 133,701,626, with no shares held in treasury. This is the figure that may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
