Share Purchase by Chief Financial Officer Designate
Gateley (AIM: GTLY), the professional services group, announces that it has been notified by John Paton, the Group's Chief Financial Officer Designate, that he purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 January 2026 at an average price of 96 pence per share.
Following the transaction, John Paton's beneficial interest in the Company amounts to a total of 50,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
