[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 7337K\n Gateley (Holdings) PLC\n 06 September 2021\n \n \n \n \n 6 September 2021\n \n \n \n \n \n GATELEY (HOLDINGS) PLC\n \n \n (\"Gateley\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Notice of AGM and Dividend Timetable\n \n \n \n \n \n Gateley (AIM:GTLY), the legal and professional services group, announces that its Annual Report for the year ended 30 April 2021, together with the Notice of its 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available on the Group's website https://gateleyplc.com/investors/. \n \n \n \n \n \n Copies will be posted later today to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.\n \n \n \n \n \n The AGM is to be held at the Group's registered office, One Eleven Edmund Street, Birmingham, B3 2HJ at 12.30pm on 1 October 2021.\n \n \n \n \n \n Confirmation of dividend timetable\n \n \n \n \n \n At the AGM, shareholders are being asked to approve, amongst other things, a final dividend of 5.0p (2020: 0.0p) per share, which if approved, will be paid on 8 October 2021 to those shareholders who were on the register at the close of business on 27 August 2021\n \n (corresponding ex-dividend date of 26 August 2021).
