(\"Gatekeeper\" or the \"Company\") (TSX.V: GSI; OTC: GKPRF; FSE: 1GK) is pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Gordon Clissold as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective immediately. \n\n \n \nGordon Clissold, FCPA, FCGA, brings over 20 years' experience as an operational and financial manager within a diverse set of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and technology. His professional experience includes organizational leadership, strategic planning, corporate finance, financial modelling, ERP and financial systems implementation, internal control development, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.\n\n \n \nGordon obtained his Certified General Accountant designation in 1995, was awarded the CGA Fellowship designation in 2006, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants. He is a Past President of CGA-BC, in addition to having served nine years as a director on their board of governors.
