(‘Gatekeeper’\nor the ‘Company’) (TSXV:GSI) (OTC:GKPRF)\n \n \n a\nvideo and data solutions provider for public transportation and smart\ncities, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary,\nGatekeeper Systems USA Inc. located in Bristol, PA, has received a\npurchase contract for approximately US$3.95 million (approximately\nC$5.08 million) from the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit\nAuthority (SEPTA) for transit bus video upgrades and mobile data\ncollector upgrades. Installation is expected to be completed prior to\nOctober 2022.\n \n \n \n \n SEPTA is the Company’s largest customer and other\npreviously announced contracts include:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n March 2022 – C$0.9M for transit bus wireless data\nconnectivity, server upgrades;\n \n \n \n \n \n \n October 2019 – C$6.3M for NTSB compliant digital\nvideo recorders on trains;\n \n \n \n \n \n \n October 2019 – C$11.8M over 5 years for vehicle video\nsystem maintenance services;\n \n \n \n \n \n \n February 2019 – C$2.0M for video system\nsolutions;\n \n \n \n \n \n \n November 2018 – Video systems on 335 hybrid transit\nbuses manufactured by New Flyer;\n \n \n \n \n \n \n November 2018 – C$1.5M for video systems solutions\nfor trains.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n SEPTA is one of the largest transit systems in the\nUnited States, serving five counties in the Greater Philadelphia area\nand connecting to transit systems in Delaware and New Jersey.
