(“Gatekeeper” or the\n“Company”) (TSX-V:GSI) (OTC:GKPRF), a leader in video and data\nsolutions for school buses, public transit and smart cities,\n \n\n announces new contracts with school district\ncustomers in Canada, and comments on Transport Canada’s recent\nregulation.\n \n\n\n\n Under the new contracts, school buses in certain school\ndistricts in Alberta, Manitoba, and British Columbia will be equipped\nwith Mobile Data Collectors and video under the Company’s\nPlatform-as-a-Service (PaaS) business model. As\nan experienced provider of school bus video solutions, Gatekeeper was\nselected as a pilot project supplier for this initiative and installed\nits 360 Surround Vision perimeter visibility systems on pilot project\nschool buses in British Columbia and Ontario.
