Corey Muirhead has been appointed\nindependent director and concurrent with this appointment Robert\nGailbraith has resigned as director.\n \n \n \n \n Mr. Muirhead is Executive Vice President of Logan Bus\nCompany Inc., the largest privately owned school transportation\ncompany in New York State, and has over a decade of industry\nexperience in school transportation. He has successfully negotiated\ncontracts having aggregate value of more than $1 billion with the New\nYork City Department of Education and other government agencies.  He\nis also President of the New York School Bus Contractors Association,\nan organization comprising of nearly one hundred school transportation\nservice companies promoting safe, reliable and cost-effective student\ntransportation in New York State.\n \n \n \n \n Concurrent with Mr. Muirhead’s appointment, Mr.\nGailbraith has resigned as director and will continue to support the\nCompany as a consultant.
