(“Gatekeeper” or the\n“Company”) (TSX-V:GSI) (OTC:GKPRF), a leader in video and data\nsolutions for school buses, public transit and smart cities, is\npleased to\n \n\n announce a full-fleet school bus\nvideo and subscriptions contract for a private school in\nFlorida.\n \n\n\n\n Under the contract, the school bus fleet will be\nequipped with 360 Surround Vision, Mobile Data Collectors, interior\nvideo, and Live View Wireless video management subscriptions. The\nprivate school is a new customer to the Company.\n \n\n\n\n Doug Dyment, Gatekeeper's President and CEO\ncommented, \"Private schools are also now embracing the use of\nvideo on their school buses. This contract is valued at approximately\nUS$9,200 (C$12,800) per bus plus monthly subscriptions, which\ndemonstrates the importance that video now plays in school bus safety.\nAlthough the size of a bus fleet in a private school is smaller, in\nthis case fifteen buses, there are approximately 3,000 private schools\nin Florida alone. There is growth in the number of private schools,\nand their budgets also differ from that of public schools. We are\ntherefore now working to elevate awareness of our suite of school bus\nvideo offerings in the private school sector.\"\n \n\n\n\n 360 Surround Vision\n \n\n provides a surround view of the school bus and is\nautomatically activated when the bus is reversing or making side\nturns. The surround view can also be displayed on a specialized\nrear-view mirror system allowing drivers to monitor school children\nall around the bus.\n \n\n\n\n Live View Wireless\n \n\n provides real-time access to all video and data on the\nMobile Data Collector while the school bus is on the road.
