1] Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate that the Company has received Listing Approval for 70,000 equity shares of Rs,10/- each issued at premium of Rs.82/- per share bearing Distinctive Numbers 30638444 to 30708443 issued to Non-Promoter on preferential basis pursuant to conversion of warrants.2] Please note that the Shares/Warrants Allotment Committee at its meeting held today i.e. July 08, 2025 allotted 35,000 Equity Shares upon conversion of Warrants to Non-Promoter.
