Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 the trading window for Dealing in securities of the Company would remain close from Tuesday 01st April, 2025 till the end of 48 hours after audited financial results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ending 31st March 2025 are communicated to the Stock Exchange for the Promoters, Directors, Key Managerial Personnels, designated persons of the Company including their immediate relatives.The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and Financial Year ending 31st March 2025 shall be intimated in due course.
