Further to the announcement on 12 December 2023 of investment from, amongst others, WA.Technology Group Limited ("What Technology Group" or "WTG"), an online betting and gambling platform with significant LATAM experience, the Company is delighted to confirm that it is intended that WTG will become the platform provider for the betting business the Company is launching in Mexico with its partners.
