The\nCompany's ticker is 'MOS'.\n\n6,896,551 new ordinary shares have been allocated to institutional investors at \na price of 87 pence per share (the 'Placing Price'), raising approximately £6 \nmillion for the Company before expenses. In addition, certain of the existing \nshareholders in Mobile Streams have sold 1,076,250 shares in the placing.
