[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0058A Mobile Streams plc 25 January 2011 \n \n\n \nMobile Streams plc\n(\"Mobile Streams\" or \"The Company\")\nDirectorate Changes\nLondon - (AIM: MOS) - 25 January 2011 - Mobile Streams is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Maunder as Non-Executive Director and Gabriel Margent as Group Chief Financial Officer to the board of the Company with immediate effect.\n \nMr Maunder, a qualified Chartered Accountant, has held a number of senior roles within UK and international corporate entities. From 2001 to 2005, Tim was an alternate non-executive director of Clear Media Ltd as well as the Chief Financial Officer for Clear Channel International. In 2006, Tim took the position of Chief Financial Officer at EMI Recorded Music and, from there, joined Weatherbys as Group Executive Director. Since January 2010, Tim has held positions as Interim Finance Manager and Commercial Director at NEC Europe Ltd and LowC Communications Ltd, respectively.\n \nMr Maunder replaces Peter Tomlinson as Audit Committee Chairman, with Peter in turn replacing Roger Parry as Remuneration Committee Chairman.\n \nMr Margent was employed by Merril Lynch and Co. Inc. for over 20 years, where he served in a range of executive positions, including, amongst others, Vice President of Finance in the Office of General Counsel, Vice President of Finance in Global Human Resources and Vice President of Finance Investment Banking. Gabriel joined Appitalism Inc. in April 2010 as Chief Financial Officer.\n \nFollowing the successful relocation of the Group Finance and Corporate functions to New York and hand over to Gabriel, Ian Brewer steps down from the Board with immediate effect.\n \nSimon Buckingham, CEO of Mobile Streams said: \"We are pleased to welcome Tim to the board and look forward to drawing on his wealth of experience and financial expertise.
