These options were satisfied under the Company's block listing. \n \nFollowing the exercise of the options mentioned above, the Company's issued share capital comprises 295,469,814 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each (\"Ordinary Shares\"), of which 1,108,779 shares are held in treasury.
