Immediately following closing, SGM sold the real property to Gaming and Leisure Properties, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLPI) (\"GLPI\"), in a sale-leaseback transaction.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The transaction, the third acquisition over the last two years, represents a transformational addition to the fast-growing portfolio of assets. J.
