[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9541P Games Workshop Group PLC 27 July 2010 \n \n\nPRELIMINARY RESULTS 2010\n \nGames Workshop Group PLC (\"Games Workshop\" or the \"Group\") announces its preliminary results for the year ended 30 May 2010.\n \nHighlights\n \n· Revenue at £126.5m (2009: £125.7m) \n· Revenue at constant currency* at £121.8m (2009: £125.7m)\n· Operating profit - pre-royalties receivable at £13.0m (2009: £5.5m)\n· Operating profit at £16.1m (2009: £9.0m)\n· Pre-tax profit at £16.1m (2009: £7.5m)\n· Earnings per share of 48.4p (2009: 17.6p)\n· Year end net funds/(borrowings) of £17.1m (2009: £(1.6)m) \n· Proposed gross dividend per share of 25.0p (2009: nil)\n \n*Constant currency revenue is calculated by comparing results in the underlying currencies for 2009 and 2010, both converted at the 2009 average exchange rates.\n \nMark Wells, CEO of Games Workshop, said:\n \n\"We have a simple strategy at Games Workshop.
